Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Strategist to join our Commercial Performance and Governance team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in effective category management, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end procurement lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category strategies to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key service providers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and manage supplier risks.
  • Lead external engagements to support the execution of strategies and needs of the business.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within categories.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in procurement strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate complex contractual arrangements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions.
