About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Strategist who will play a pivotal role in delivering procurement solutions that drive value, manage risk, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

You will lead the full procurement lifecycle from strategic planning and market analysis to sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Working closely with executives and key support functions such as Legal, Finance, and IT, you will ensure procurement strategies align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

This includes supporting compliance with APRA Prudential Standard CPS 230 by embedding robust supplier governance and risk management practices. This role offers the opportunity to shape category plans, lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, and foster strong supplier relationships that support innovation and performance.

About You

You're a commercially savvy procurement professional with deep expertise in the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including high-value contract negotiation, supplier risk management, and spend analysis. Your collaborative style and strong communication skills enable you to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives. You're data-driven, solutions-focused, and thrive in dynamic environments where you can lead initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
