Procurement Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Strategist to join our team and deliver procurement solutions for commercial real estate.

About the Role:
  • Deliver Indirect Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement an indirect procurement strategy across multiple non-property categories, driving cost savings and operational excellence.
  • Sourcing Strategies and Analysis: Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and cost modeling to inform sourcing decisions and optimize spend.
  • End-to-End RFx Process Management: Manage RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier contracts to ensure compliance and achieve business objectives.
  • Procurement Analytics and Reporting: Provide timely and accurate procurement analytics and reporting on spend, savings, KPIs, and supplier risk to stakeholders.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement through process automation and optimization, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance procurement capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in indirect procurement or commercial sourcing, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with eProcurement platforms, such as Coupa, Zycus, or Tenderlinks.
  • Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, supplier diversity, and modern slavery compliance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and cost-conscious mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
