Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to lead our high-performing business banking team in South West Queensland. The successful candidate will thrive on inspiring a culture of excellence and be passionate about building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of business bankers to deliver outstanding service, support, and successful outcomes to customers;
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO RETAIN AND GROW THEIR BUSINESS;
  • Drive deal execution through proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions;
  • Establish or continue to build your profile and presence in the region.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement;
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding with a strong risk management focus;
  • A passion to develop a strong personal brand and become a leader in the community;
  • Commitment to the region with relevant agribusiness or sales leadership experience outside of the banking sector;
  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.
