This position will challenge you to think critically on the installation, operation and troubleshooting of Ag Leader products including auto guidance and steering systems, rate controllers, yield monitors and mapping software.
You will be required to: Interact with Ag Leader dealers, farmers and colleagues on multiple platforms, predominantly via phone, to develop solutions for customers in the Asia Pacific region.
Attend field days, conferences and other events to promote our products, and for customer interaction.
Assist with providing training for Ag Leader dealers to demonstrate product benefits for farmers.
Make customer visits with Ag Leader dealers to learn and report on customer needs and provide technical knowledge.
About you You have a passion for agriculture and helping to feed the world.
You're driven by finding solutions and have the following: A degree in Agriculture, or a relevant technical qualification or equivalent work experience, with an aptitude for hardware and software technical systems Hands-on experience using precision technology and software, including an understanding of basic electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems Confidence in presenting to small and large audiences to deliver up-to-date product information and features Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisation and attention to detail A good sense of humour and ability to work in a small, collaborative team passionate about agriculture Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with dealers and customers Past experience in a similar position will be highly regarded.send me a linked In message if you want to know more.
