About the Role

We're seeking a Business Planning and Strategy Specialist to play a key part in the successful implementation of our Customer Service Strategy. This strategy encompasses people, process, and technology, and we're looking for someone to contribute to its development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and implementation of our Customer Service strategy
  • Analyze trends and impacts across the industry relating to Customer Service strategy and operations
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service operations team and provide support with managing third-party contract variations
  • Coordinate monthly scorecards and ensure Contract Management
  • Support preparing and reviewing Statements of Work for third parties
  • Analyze, investigate, and work with service providers and stakeholders to implement commercial improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in audit and compliance
  • High level of attention to detail and the proven ability to facilitate the timely and effective completion of compliance and Internal audit actions
  • The ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to think under pressure and apply good judgment
  • Experience in managing relationships with vendors
