Job OverviewFunctional Consultant/Support Analyst is required to provide technical support for organisational systems, including Dynamics F&O and other business applications.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules using configurations, workflows, and basic customisation tools.
  • Provide technical expertise for issue resolution, including complex and escalated problems.
  • Manage application security roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access and data integrity.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user support and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Technical experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques – Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Degree qualified in a relevant Information Technology discipline.
  • 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining organisational systems.
  • Experience building solutions using MS D365 best practices and deploying D365 solutions to higher environments.
