System Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in designing and conceptualising our entire system. This includes evaluating processes, analysing business requirements, creating functional designs, overseeing development, and providing user support.

The successful candidate will facilitate the exchange of information between the business and technical departments, collaborating closely with technical teams to improve system requirements.

The role involves guiding and supporting the development of work specifications, ensuring clarity, shared understanding, and alignment with team goals. You will also develop clear and thorough specifications for developers and testers by understanding user needs, exploring potential solutions, engaging with stakeholders, defining acceptance criteria, and conducting impact analysis.

Beyond this, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on long-term satisfaction and trust. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to problem-solving, with a practical and innovative approach to challenges.
