About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commis Chef to join our Food & Beverage Team at Kings Park. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and recipes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our members
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve operational efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (desirable)
  • Proven experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain kitchen protocols and ensure food safety
