About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our Food & Beverage Team at Kings Park. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and specials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our members.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain kitchen protocols and ensure food safety.
