About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional food and service, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and contributing to the development of new menu ideas and concepts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef with menu planning and preparation
  • Leading a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food and service
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Contributing to the development of new menu ideas and concepts

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about food, has excellent communication and teamwork skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will have a strong background in hospitality, with experience in a similar role or in a related field.

You will also have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

Key requirements include:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in a related field

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
