About the Role

As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with our experienced chefs to prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensuring that our kitchen operates efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining kitchen protocols, including HACCP, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (desirable);
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
  • Proven track record of collaborating within a team environment;
  • Ability to maintain kitchen protocols such as HACCP.
