Climb Experience Leader
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Climb Experience Leader to join our team. Located 270 meters in the sky, you will be part of a thrilling adventure that offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the region.
As a Climb Experience Leader, you will guide guests on a 90-minute journey up a 298-step staircase located on the outside of the building to the summit. Throughout the climb, you will capture lifetime memories of their experience by taking photographs of our guests in front of the massive spire.
The role involves delivering a high-quality, memorable experience that becomes a highlight for locals and visitors alike. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and registering guests;
- Delivering safety briefings prior to commencement;
- Assembling and checking safety equipment;
- Monitoring climber activities to ensure compliance with safety practices;
- Promoting local knowledge and history throughout the climb;
- Photographing climbers at various points and selling photos at completion;
- Maintaining product knowledge to explain services and facilities to guests;
- Keeping up-to-date on current reservations and promotions;
- Generating sales through upselling and engagement;
- Performing point-of-sale transactions and maintaining cleanliness standards;
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction;
