Outdoor Education Coach - Duke of Edinburgh Award

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outdoor Education Coach to join our team in delivering the Duke of Edinburgh Award program. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about mentoring and inspiring young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching participants at camps, including adventurous journeys such as climbing, kayaking, and hiking. They will be part of a community that promotes belonging and connectedness.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current CPR/First Aid certification
  • A current Paid Blue Card or Exemption Blue Card (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Ability to mentor and inspire young women
  • Experience in camping and hiking (preferably)
  • Commitment to safety and flexibility to work weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will be expected to support our ethos, follow our Code of Conduct, and consent to screening with the Anglican Church's Professional Standards Register.
