Adventure Leader Opportunity

Located 270 metres in the sky, we are seeking a skilled Adventure Leader to join our team and deliver a high-quality experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to work at heights and guide visitors on a unique 90-minute adventure up a 298-step staircase located outside of a building.

About the Role

This role involves guiding guests through a safe and enjoyable climb, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the experience. As an Adventure Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide guests through the climb, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the climb.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Have previous experience in a leadership or customer-facing role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Be physically fit and comfortable working at heights, with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required.
  • Hold a current first aid certification and have a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
