We are seeking an experienced and passionate Adventure-Based School Camps Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-quality camps that inspire young Australians to build confidence, resilience, and teamwork.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a stunning natural setting, delivering programs grounded in the values of courage, endurance, mateship, and sacrifice. As our ideal candidate, you will have experience leading outdoor education programs and teams, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all aspects of program delivery from planning to post-camp review.
- Supervise and support a team of Senior Instructors and Outdoor Educators.
- Design programs in consultation with schools to meet specific objectives.
- Maintain safety standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Cert IV or higher in Outdoor Recreation/Education (or equivalent).
- Current First Aid and CPR (Remote Area First Aid desirable).
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
