We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Experience Expert to join our Honda Central team, supporting our staff to deliver outstanding experiences to our customers.
Position Overview: As the Customer Experience Expert, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing expert guidance and solutions to enhance their customer experience. You will leverage your expertise in customer experience management to develop actionable insights and recommendations that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Honda Central Service customers to provide exceptional experiences from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain open communication with our customers, ensuring they are informed throughout their vehicle's journey with us.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience or related roles.
