About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Hobart Contact Centre team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our passengers
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer experience
What You'll Need
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience in the travel industry and/or contact centre environment
  • Basic knowledge of PC office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • Ability to work on a 7 day rotational roster basis
