- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives, working closely with our team to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience in the travel industry, preferably in a contact centre environment.
- Basic knowledge of PC office applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Self-motivation and resilience, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work on a 7-day rotational roster, spanning across the hours of 0700 to 2300.
