The Role & Responsibilities:

Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Take a creative approach to selling, building relationships with customers, and ensuring they look and feel their best.
  • Assist customers with queries, process sales, returns, and gift vouchers.
  • Work collaboratively with Department Managers to share product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
  • Escalate any customer complaints to management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, striving for excellence in customer service.

Team Work

  • Be part of a team that values respect, accountability, and a positive attitude.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, empowering each other to achieve results.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required.
