Customer Service Specialist Role

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our dedicated team at Kinetic. As a key member of our service team, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer feedback, and conduct thorough investigations into complaints.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of solving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. Your ability to prioritise and resolve issues will directly impact our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Documentation: Document and disseminate messages effectively, ensuring accurate records and smooth communication.
  • Feedback Analysis: Identify trends in customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to create solutions, driving continuous improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Operate and analyse data from ticketing and tracking systems, informing decision-making and service development.
