About the Role

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
  • Develop your knowledge of our tea products and become a trusted expert, helping customers find their perfect cup.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, managing stock and visual merchandising to meet our high standards.
  • Take care of your own health and safety, as well as the safety of others, by following our safety policies and procedures.

About You

  • You're a people person, always looking for ways to exceed customer expectations.
  • You thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment, staying focused and motivated.
  • You're self-motivated and eager to learn, taking on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • You possess strong communication skills, able to effectively engage with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
