We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to lead our food and beverage team as an Assistant Outlets Manager.

As a key member of our hotel community, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, collaborating with the Outlets Manager to develop strategies for improving service quality, and supervising staff to ensure adherence to service standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets
  • Collaborate with the Outlets Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and efficiency
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure adherence to service standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategize on new product and service offerings
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
  • Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
