We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving financial success.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Maintenance of high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
  • Menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures.
  • Collaboration with the Executive Chef to ensure culinary excellence and innovation.
  • Inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting for the F&B department.
  • Recruitment, training, and mentoring of F&B staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Analysis of sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordination with other departments to support seamless hotel operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within food and beverage operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple F&B outlets and driving financial performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu engineering, and inventory management.
  • Experience with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make decisive decisions under pressure.
