About the Role

We are seeking a skilled technical program manager to drive data center and network capacity planning in APAC. The successful candidate will assess demand requirements, available network resources, and determine prime solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network health, customer demand, anticipate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as needed.
  • Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
  • Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and negotiate trade-offs.
  • Provide regular program progress reporting.
  • End-to-end responsibility for program execution and success.
  • Manage multiple competing projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement and automated solutions.
  • Maintain focus on customer experience.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or an equivalent technical degree, or 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software). Experience using reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) is also desirable.
