Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Data Center Capacity Delivery team in the APAC ANZ region.

About the Role: As a Data Center Capacity Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver large-scale data center capacity solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, develop and implement project plans, and ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver large-scale data center capacity solutions
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft EHS and EPC organizational requirements and industry best practices
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in data center capacity delivery, project management, and team leadership. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
