Dementia Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide personalized support and create a home-like environment for residents with dementia.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks, including showering, grooming, and toileting.
- Foster meaningful interactions and stimulate mental activity.
- Support residents with varying levels of dementia, adapting to their changing needs.
New team members will receive comprehensive training and have access to experienced nursing staff for guidance and support.
To Succeed in this Role- Demonstrate genuine passion for serving elderly individuals and making a positive impact on their lives.
- Be flexible and committed to a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Value collaboration but also possess the ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Prioritize knowledge and experience in supporting people with dementia and their unique requirements.
- Certification in aged care is highly valued.
