Job Overview: As a seasoned Automotive Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of automotive technicians and sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and employee performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid Australian driver's license.
  • Certificate 3 in Automotive Technician (Light).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Ability to work a minimum of every second Saturday.
  • Vast mechanical/tyre knowledge across a range of vehicle brands and types.
