">The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily store operations, including sales, service, and repair functions. They will coach and develop team members in technical skills and customer service, building long-term relationships with customers through trust and communication. Additionally, they will ensure high service quality, workflow efficiency, and a safe, clean environment.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 2–4 years of experience in retail automotive management">
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills">
- Tire and automotive service knowledge">
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record">
- A state inspection license (or ability to obtain)">
What We Offer
">We offer a fast-paced environment with a supportive, team-oriented culture. As a full-time employee, you can expect to work 52+ hours per week, including Saturdays.
