What You'll Do

  • Lead, inspire and mentor a team of 10 to consistently exceed sales targets
  • Manage BYD stock with agility and precision to ensure smooth operations
  • Drive growth through innovative sales strategies and strong customer relationships
  • Maintain a daily focus on business performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
  • Champion a culture where NPS and customer loyalty are as important as sales results
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless customer journey
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve

What You'll Bring

  • Proven Sales Manager or automotive leadership experience
  • Strong track record of smashing sales goals and motivating teams to success

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and people leadership skills

  • Manual Driver's Licence (Motor Salesperson/Dealer Licence preferred)
