About the Role

As a Banking Consultant at ANZ, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless banking interactions. You will be responsible for meeting customers' end-to-end financial needs, providing needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer focus and retail experience.
  • Experience in using technology and digital channels.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
