Requirements
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or contact centre/eCommerce.
  • Customer service and sales-oriented.
  • Skilled in speaking and writing communication.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a bonus).
  • Tech-savvy with experience in SAP CRM or Salesforce.
  • Flexibility with working shifts and weekends.
