Reporting to the Government & Defence Team Lead, your primary objective is to foster strong relationships with end-users, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions that showcase the value of Milwaukee products. By providing exceptional support and service, you will create a loyal customer base and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and address user demand for Milwaukee products across all categories, converting existing users to our brand and achieving sales targets.
- Present Milwaukee's offerings and solutions effectively within the Government and Defence channel.
- Maintain and expand relationships with new and existing users on the Milwaukee platform, prioritizing new business acquisition within the assigned Government and Defence channel and state.
- Manage and track all activities, information, and sales within Salesforce CRM.
- Participate in sales events, industry meetings, and social networks to represent the company's brand.
- Collaborate with other sales teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
About You:
- A minimum of 1 year of direct selling or business development/account management experience.
- Previous experience working within the Defence or Government/Local Government/Emergency Services sectors would be highly valued.
- Strong ability to build client relationships, establish trust, and provide excellent communication skills.
- Trade background or hands-on experience with tools is desirable.
- Highly effective communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid full driver's license with an excellent driving record.
Based on national averages and considering the location, we estimate this role's salary to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, including benefits and performance-based incentives.
