About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Consultant to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane CBD. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end pricing capabilities and insights across products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop pricing recommendations and proposals to align pricing strategy with budget and implement timely price changes within the business/function.
  • Guide pricing and senior pricing analysts on all pricing tasks and provide technical support on model methodologies and their implementation.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and drive innovation & improvement in business results.
  • Translate P&L items into Pricing assumptions.
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in insurance pricing, preferably in the general insurance industry working closely with end-to-end solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial insurance Products and Pricing of key business drivers.
  • Understanding of Actuarial IBNR/IBNER models.
  • Ability to develop solutions and courses of action by using an information base to identify key issues, compare with other data and determine cause-effect relationships.
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, using SAS, Excel, R and other programming skillsets.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible work arrangements, career development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
