Lead HR Culture and Capability Specialist
Overview of the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to drive workforce culture, engagement, and capability as a Lead HR Culture and Capability Specialist.
The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and learning and development, as well as lead and mentor the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and L&D
- Lead and mentor the HR team
- Build positive, professional stakeholder relationships
- Drive retention and workforce wellbeing strategies
- Oversee WHS and workplace injury management
- Align operational goals with the organization's vision and values
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years' generalist HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and performance management
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder skills
- High integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
Experience with aged care is highly desirable.
