Job Summary:
We seek an experienced professional to lead our First Nations workforce strategy, focusing on cultural capability and retention.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver cultural capability initiatives for leaders and staff
- Design and monitor metrics for First Nations workforce development
- Provide strategic leadership to embed cultural safety in policies and practices
- Establish benchmarks to assess cultural capability across all employee groups
- Enhance retention and progression of First Nations employees
Requirements:
- A strong track record in workforce development and cultural safety initiatives
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Confidence in group facilitation, training delivery, and capability building
- Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities
