Construction Training Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Training Specialist to drive our construction workforce's skills and compliance.

This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on training program execution. You will develop and oversee training initiatives that meet industry standards and WHS regulations, ensuring our workforce remains at the forefront of best practices.

Your ability to assess training effectiveness, report on workforce capability, and foster a culture of continuous learning will be key to your success.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage relationships with training providers, ensuring delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with WHS and environmental regulations.
  • Provide strategic advice and reporting on workforce capability and continuous improvement opportunities.

This opportunity requires leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous learning and compliance within the construction workforce.

About You:

  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline or extensive experience in training & development.
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing large-scale training programs.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. You must also have knowledge of WHS and environmental regulations within the construction industry.
