This role is a pivotal part of our organization's nuclear engineering, science and technology workforce.
Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Data Systems Manager / Business Analyst.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing information, delivering key insights that drive, support, and articulate the nuclear engineering science and technology workforce requirements.
- Data System Management: Build and maintain data systems to support the nuclear engineering, science and technology workforce.
- Program Delivery: Contribute to the planning and delivery of programs, projects and activities relevant to workforce needs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with multiple teams to monitor and update data to support the operation of the analysis platforms.
- Talent Sourcing: Assist the team in leveraging workforce data to uncover opportunities that influence nuclear engineering, science and technology talent sourcing strategies and long-term workforce planning.
- Reporting: Manage workforce reporting requirements and maintain record keeping to align with organisational standards.
This role sits within the primary team responsible for building, developing and sustaining the organisation's nuclear engineering, science and technology workforce.
You will become part of a diverse and geographically dispersed team dedicated to helping grow the workforce, skills and capabilities Australia needs to safely and securely operate, shape and uphold its future fleet of nuclear-powered submarines.
