About the RoleAs a Capability Specialist, you will partner closely with stakeholders to develop solutions that address the Organizational Capability strategy for the business. This role emphasizes building a culture of internal growth and success across the group by developing and governing capability frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing the People strategy by working with a small team to deliver critical remediation projects.
- Collaboratively develop competency frameworks that define the skills, behaviors, and knowledge required for various functions across the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement across different departments and organizational levels.
- Work collaboratively with internal divisions to provide capability solutions.
- Provide individual coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting their capability development and career progression.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Focused experience working in organizational development roles, direct exposure to developing capability frameworks & assessments, and/or involvement in leadership development.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tailor advice and solutions with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and coaching, and facilitation.
- Familiarity with data analytics and using metrics to drive decision-making.
