We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our product lifecycle, you will be responsible for assisting in managing new product initiatives and refining existing wine products.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new product opportunities
  • Analyzing existing wine products to identify improvement areas and support changes, enhancements or rebranding efforts;
  • Assisting market analysis through staying up-to-date with market and industry trends and consumer preferences;
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with our Sales and Marketing, Research and Development and production teams to ensure the execution of product initiatives

You will be a natural go-getter with the ability to use your initiative daily. While you will be supported by a team of experienced and passionate professionals, you will be motivated to get things done with your no-job-is-too-small attitude.

You will also have:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines;
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across various organizational levels;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data for decision-making
