Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Assistant Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that maximize store potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team and drive sales performance through effective leadership and strategy development
  • Regularly review store and team member performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to leverage store potential and achieve revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial store leadership role with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve revenue targets
  • Operational agility with strong inventory management capabilities
  • Fashion or trend-oriented with strengths in visual display and stock presentation
  • Consultative selling experience and ability to train and coach others
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of implementing ideas to improve store trade
