
Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial assets in Adelaide.
As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our mixed asset portfolio, building strong relationships with tenants and landlords, and driving portfolio value.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing income/expenditure budgets, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, audits, property inspections, and managing operational issues.
You will also develop and implement leasing strategies to enhance occupancy and rental yields, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience managing commercial/retail property portfolios, strong knowledge of the Adelaide property market, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
