About the Job

As an Area Manager, you'll lead and support a portfolio of stores, working closely with Retail and Pharmacist Managers to deliver results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales, profitability, and performance across your stores.
  • Managing budgets, expenses, and rosters to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supporting merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives to maximise customer engagement.
  • Overseeing inventory and stock control, ensuring best practice across all stores.
  • Leading business reviews and implementing action plans to support growth.
  • Coaching and mentoring store leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and team performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements

  • Experience in retail leadership, ideally within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
  • Proven ability to coach, inspire, and influence diverse teams.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
