The Role

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team at the Rooty Hill RSL Club, where you will be responsible for meeting and greeting members and guests, providing key information and direction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our venue.

This role involves ensuring the accurate completion of legislative processes, including RSA, to allow visitors entry into the venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, with a high level of presentation and communication skills.
  • Offer information on events, activities, and services, and have the ability to quickly learn about our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively as a positive team player to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service ability, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Experience in a face-to-face customer service role.
  • General knowledge of the hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in peak and quieter periods.
  • Ability to quickly learn about our organisation and its products and services.
  • Must have RSA and RCG (or be willing to obtain one).
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and day shifts.
