Role Overview



At West HQ, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.




  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs, as well as address guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Deliver service excellence throughout the guest journey
  • Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, ensuring every day is different
  • Provide guests with local information regarding neighbourhood attractions and amenities


Requirements




  • Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience in the same or a similar role within the Hotel Industry
  • A genuine customer service focus and passion for delivering great experiences
  • Excellent personal presentation and conduct
  • Superior communication skills
  • Intermediate computer and Microsoft suite experience
  • Experience working with PMS, Opera, or Fidelio (desired)
  • Availability days, nights, and weekends (flexible rosters)
  • Responsible service of Alcohol competency card (or willingness to obtain)
