Senior Quality Improvement Leader

This is a permanent full-time role within our Quality Department, offering leadership in quality improvement across a leading hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead contemporary patient safety practices and support quality systems relating to patient safety.
- Foster a just culture and learning environment to support high-quality safe care.
- Oversight of our quality systems including adverse patient safety events management and Victorian Hospital Incident Management System (VHIMS) governance.
- Leadership and support of committees that promote high-quality, safe care.
- Clinical governance support for critical care and ambulatory care divisions, as well as quality and improvement support for other hospital departments.
- Demonstrated senior leadership within a tertiary healthcare setting.
- Postgraduate qualifications in a related field (preferably at Masters level).
- Relevant industry experience and proven ability in building effective teams.
- Excellent communication, report preparation, and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of quality improvement principles.
