Job Overview

This is an initial contract with a high likelihood of extension. The role involves coordinating the ordering of parts for various activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely availability of critical spares and consumables.
  • Track and report on parts usage and costs.
  • Create and manage notifications, work orders and purchase requisitions in SAP.
  • Maintain and update SAP Master Data (materials, vendors, BOMs).
  • Support alignment of stock with maintenance plans and asset strategies.
  • Assist with logistics and coordination during shutdowns.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse to reduce obsolete or slow-moving stock.
  • Support critical spares reviews and BOM development.
  • Provide support to Water Treatment and Electrical teams.
  • Maintain tracking sheets and dashboards to monitor performance.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (PM and MM modules)
  • Experience with Master Data management (materials, BOMs, vendors)
  • Understanding of maintenance planning and asset management
  • Familiarity with equipment and parts
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Desirable: shutdown/major maintenance experience, warehouse/inventory knowledge, reporting skills
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
