Overview

3-month initial contract (strong extension likelihood).


Rates: $50–$60/hr + flights, meals, accommodation.


Roster: 14/7 (FIFO from Brisbane or Darwin, with flights, meals and accommodation provided).



What you'll do
  • Coordinate ordering of parts for LV, HME and shutdown activities
  • Ensure timely availability of critical spares and consumables
  • Track and report on parts usage and costs
  • Create and manage notifications, work orders and purchase requisitions in SAP
  • Maintain and update SAP Master Data (materials, vendors, BOMs)
  • Support alignment of stock with maintenance plans and asset strategies
  • Assist with logistics and coordination during shutdowns
  • Collaborate with Warehouse to reduce obsolete or slow-moving stock
  • Support critical spares reviews and BOM development
  • Provide support to Water Treatment and Electrical teams
  • Maintain tracking sheets and dashboards to monitor role impact
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements


What we're looking for
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (PM and MM modules)
  • Experience with Master Data management (materials, BOMs, vendors)
  • Understanding of maintenance planning and asset management
  • Familiarity with LV and HME equipment and parts
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Desirable: shutdown/major maintenance experience, warehouse/inventory knowledge, Power BI or Excel reporting skills
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
