Job Overview

This is a short-term initial contract with strong extension likelihood.

We offer competitive rates, including flights, meals, and accommodation.

The roster involves working 14/7 (FIFO) from Brisbane or Darwin, with all living expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate ordering of parts for LV and HME activities.
  • Ensure timely availability of critical spares and consumables.
  • Track and report on parts usage and costs.
  • Create and manage notifications, work orders, and purchase requisitions in SAP.
  • Maintain and update SAP Master Data (materials, vendors, BOMs).
  • Support alignment of stock with maintenance plans and asset strategies.
  • Assist with logistics and coordination during shutdowns.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse to reduce obsolete or slow-moving stock.
  • Support critical spares reviews and BOM development.
  • Provide support to Water Treatment and Electrical teams.
  • Maintain tracking sheets and dashboards to monitor role impact.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (PM and MM modules).
  • Experience with Master Data management (materials, BOMs, vendors).
  • Understanding of maintenance planning and asset management.
  • Familiarity with LV and HME equipment and parts.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Desirable: shutdown/major maintenance experience, warehouse/inventory knowledge, reporting skills.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
