Description:
About The Role
You'll oversee daily warehouse activities including stock management, tool servicing, and coordinating deliveries to our project sites. This is a hands-on role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of a supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations: receive, store, and dispatch materials and equipment
- Ensure hazardous substances are stored safely and organised according to safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and tool calibration schedules
- Deliver parts and equipment to job sites
- Support project teams by ensuring warehouse readiness and efficient supply chain flow
What we're looking for:
- Current Forklift (LF) and Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licences (essential)
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements related to manual handling, equipment use, and transport safety
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of electrical parts and equipment
- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) certification
